If I Had an Online Dating Profile...

A bit of a random topic and post but last night as I was on YouTube, an ad came up before the video and it was promoting one of the many online dating sites around. Now usually I don't give it a second thought but seeing as I was highly bored at 01:30 am and had nothing better to do, I began thinking about what my profile would say, should I ever happen in the far far future sign up to one of these sites.

I would just like to point out also that I have no problem or do not look down at anyone who uses these sites.

After a quick think of what my profile would read, I came to the decision that it is probably wise not to go ahead with any online dating sites in the future. Mainly because people would think I am a freak, weird and well yeah freak! - selling myself highly already ;)

So here goes -and true to most profiles, here is a pic that looks hardly anything like me:

My name is Yasemin, I am a 22 year old student studying my second degree - BA Fashion Design.

In my spare time I watch a hell of a lot of Anime and among my favourite are... Naruto, Bleach, Vampire Knight & Vampire Knight Guilty, One Piece, Death Note, Hanasakeru Seishounen and Kaichou wa maid-sama. ^_^ I like to play on the Xbox/Nintendo Ds/PSP and among my favourite games are: Final Fantasy series, COD - Black Ops, Skyrim, Assassins Creed, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, any Pokemon game, Super Mario Bros, Crash Bandicoot and Cool Boarders. I don't play as much as I like to so will make sure to play some more in the near future :D

I like all things oriental - and when I mean all I mean ALL. If I could live off any food, it would definitely be Sushi/Sashimi/Ramen. One of my favourite places to eat would be a restaurant in London introduced by one of my best friends Soufia called: Suki in China Town:

Aside from my gaming/anime watching self - I love dressing up. Oh and I don't just mean getting glam from head to toe.... I mean dressing up - like this one time I dressed like a man. I think I made a good Turkish Colin Farrell:

The Resemblance Is Uncanny

I like horses. Ironically I was born in the year of the horse. I think they are the most magnificent animals ever. Riding makes me feel calm. I mean it must stem from my thought that I am somehow related to Genghis Khan and my biggest dream would be to be at full gallop on the back of an Akhla-Teke, they are a breed of horse known for the beauty and shiny coat (needless to say I love beautiful things), with a bow and arrow in my hands and hit bulls-eye while on the vast plains of Mongolia.

I listen to Drum&Bass, Classical music and K-pop. Being Introduced to K-pop in 2011 and been addicted since! Korean Pop plays a huge role in my life. Seriously in love with Big Bang. Went to their concert and not lying when I say it was the best time of my life. Born entertainers. Not one dull moment in the entire concert! I mean like my future husband was on stage 8-) who wouldn't be entertained o_O

Love any form of martial arts. Watching and practicing - so beware cause I'll kick yo ass fo'sho. Jump kick you out the window like Bruce Lee.

I am a very passionate person and love to put my all into everything I do (As long as it is something I enjoy). Generally a very positive and reasonable person but at times need someone to knock sense into me! I have a lot of love to give, so I go around kissing trees and flowers. I do meditate every morning and evening, I find this very relaxing. Helps rid of stress.

I love spending! Then again who doesn't. I buy what I think is nice and cute. I can't say no to cute things. If I don't buy it, the item would haunt me until I give in and buy it. I don't think I have quite grasped the concept of saving yet. All in good time.

I like to read a lot. Go through at least 3 thick books (600-900 pages) in one or two weeks depending on my uni work. My favourite books are:

The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.

I love singing. I can't sing for the life of me but I love singing. I like doing puzzles and dancing :D

I love to draw. In fact I am very passionate about drawing. I love painting too!

So yeah, that's pretty much how I envisioned my profile to be like. I bet I'd have suitors knocking down the doors and walls ¬_¬

P.S. This was written in a cringe jokingly manner. To those that don't know me, please please do not take the above too seriously... Or do. It's up to you ;)
